The best thing about being the photographer for La Poutine Week other than trying out some poutines is discovering restaurants that I always wanted to try but never got the opportunity to yet. Braised beef, spicy aioli, shredded mozzarella and kimchi lay atop fries and are covered by a house gravy, green onions and sesame seeds. Everything from this Korean poutine was delicious. The beef was so tender and juicy while mozzarella cheese was melted. I loved the flavours, especially the spiciness and bitterness from the kimchi and aioli.
Cho’s Braised Beef Kimchi Poutine
At the cost of $15, this poutine is definitely worth trying if you like Korean food or just adventurous!
