Copper Branch’s goal is “to serve the world real food as fast-food for a change.” The food is exclusively vegan, plant-based and gluten-free. Their poutine has portobello and miso sauce over air-baked fries and vegan cheese. The ingredients are energizing and supposed to wake you up. I didn’t feel tired even if it was lunch time when I am prone to falling asleep. A pretty simple poutine, which tastes healthier. The cheese was melting well and the sauce was different but in a good way.
At the cost of $6.95, it’s for vegans and anyone who loves vegan food, especially if you’re a poor student.
